Ellen Cronin, author and historian, as well as Vice-President of Friends of Sellers Hall, will be our guest speaker. Sellers Hall, located on Walnut St. near 69th St., and on the grounds of St. Alice Church, is involved in an extensive restoration and preservation effort. The home, built in 1684, was home to the first registered residents of the area, Samuel and George Sellers, and was a way station on the Underground Railroad. Ellen will update us on the progress of the efforts to save this historic property. The meeting is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
