Main Line Art Center and the Women’s Board of Bryn Mawr Hospital, are proud to present the work of Professional Artist Members Linda Dubin Garfield, Mary Kane, and Rona Cordish Satten at Bryn Mawr Hospital in the Bodine Lobby. The exhibition is on view now through September 22, 2013, and is part of the Art Center’s Exhibitions in the Community Program, which places the work of its accomplished artists in libraries, hospitals, and other community settings. Launched this spring, the new program grew out of the Art Center’s mission of making art more accessible by creating meaningful partnerships across the community. This exhibition continues a partnership with Bryn Mawr Hospital that began in February, when Main Line Art Center facilitated a family workshop called Make, Give and Take, where children and caregivers learned the fundamentals of printmaking and then created cards that were distributed to pediatric patients at the hospital.
