A Montgomery County 4-year-old is fighting for her life after taking a serious fall while camping earlier this month.
Aubrey Fells and her family went to their favorite campground, Knoebels, to enjoy a Halloween-themed weekend of fun, relative Joel Certo told Patch.
Once they arrived, Aubrey and her sister could not contain their excitement while laughing, skipping and twirling around, Certo said. After a bathroom break, they were running back to the camper and Aubrey fell and hit her head, Certo said.

The Oct. 16 fall sent her to the hospital, where she is currently on life support.
The family has set up a GoFundMe page so her parents can be by her side while in the hospital.

Aubrey lives in Blue Bell but formerly resided in Havertown, her GoFundMe page says.
Her family, on a GoFundMe page, says she suffered a traumatic brain injury.
“Any sort of donation along with prayers for this beautiful, sassy girl, will help tremendously,” the GoFundMe page says.
