Fraud, DUI Theft, Vandalism, More: Haverford Crime Blotter

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township issued their weekly crime blotter Friday.

Incidents in the blotter occurred between March 6 and March 12.

The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

Incidents

• Fraud at the 800 block of Dover Road on March 6 at 6:07 p.m. – Victim reported that someone made an unauthorized purchase with his credit card.
• Theft at Llanerch Country Club, 900 block of West Chester Pike, on March 7 at 1:07 p.m. – Victim reported his wallet containing five credit cards was stolen from his vehicle. An unauthorized purchase was made with one of the credit cards.
• Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Woodbine Road on March 8 at 5:40 p.m. – Victim reported that a bicycle was leaning against her vehicle, causing a scratch.
• Liquor Law Violation at E. Hathaway Lane and Eagle Road on March 8 at 10:47 p.m. – Two juveniles were cited for underage drinking.
• Criminal Mischief at Karakung Field, 1700 block of Karakung Drive, on March 9 at 8:46 a.m. – Graffiti was discovered.
• Criminal Mischief at Steel Field, 1400 block of Steel Road, on March 11 at 12:53 p.m. – An unknown person drove a vehicle on the softball field, causing damage.
• Theft at the 1800 block of Robinson Avenue on March 11 at 6:25 p.m. – License plate was stolen from a vehicle.
• Identity Theft at the unit block of Harvard Road on March 12 at 3:16 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used his identity to open a credit card account.

Arrests

• 21-year-old male, unit block of Ruth Road, Brookhaven. Charges: DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle and careless driving. Location: 200 block of Glendale Road. Date: March 9 at 2:31 a.m.
• 56-year-old male, 700 block of N. 63rd Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. LOC: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: March 9 at 5:06 p.m.
• 42-year-old female, 4800 block of Rorer Street, Philadelphia. Charges: DUI. Location: Haverford Road and Buck Lane. Date: March 10 at 9:25 a.m.
• 36-year-old male, 1900 block of Robinson Avenue, Havertown. Charges: DUI, accident involving damage to attended vehicle. Location: West Chester Pike and Gilmore Road. Date: March 10 at 10:47 p.m.
