HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township issued their latest crime blotter.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between May 2 and May 7.
The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

- Fraud at the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue on May 2 at 8:12 p.m. – Victim received a phone call from a person claiming to be from PECO. The caller stated that he would lose electrical services if he did not switch companies and pay with gift cards. The victim was aware of the scam and did not provide the caller with any information.
- Criminal Mischief at the 1700 block of Academy Lane on May 3 at 9:36 a.m. – Someone removed plants from the victim’s garden, leaving holes and debris behind.
- Theft at Starbucks, 1200 block of West Chester Pike, on May 3 at 8:16 p.m. – An unknown male stole the tip jar from the counter.
- Theft at the 400 block of Olympic Avenue on May 3 at 1:20 p.m. – Three unlocked vehicles were entered, nothing was reported missing.
- Theft at Freedom Playground, 9000 block of Parkview Drive, on May 3 at 2:50 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, a wallet containing a large amount of cash, driver’s license and credit cards was stolen.
- Theft at Peppy’s Automotive, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on May 3 at 7:15 a.m. – Vehicle was entered, loose change was stolen.
- Criminal Mischief at the 1200 block of Bon Air Road on May 5 at 5:37 p.m. – Residence was egged.
- Theft at 2700 block of Belmont Avenue on May 5 at 8:50 a.m. – Victim reported that someone made unauthorized purchases with her debit card.
- Motor Vehicle Theft at the 200 block of Pickwick Road on May 6 at 4:38 a.m.
- Fraud at the 1500 block of Dorchester Road on May 7 at 6:23 p.m. – Victim reported she was the victim of a scam attempt.
- Fraud at the 500 block of Covington Road on May 7 at 6:45 p.m. – Victim reported several unauthorized charges made to his credit cards.
ARRESTS
- 20-year-old female, 100 block of Madison Avenue, Upper Darby. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: 1300 block of Annabella Avenue. Date: April 30 at 1:25 p.m., incident occurred on Dec. 19, 2023.
- 52-year-old male, Homeless. Charges: Retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Wawa, 1000 block of Darby Road. Date: May 4 at 8 a.m.
- 30-year-old male, 100 block of Morton Avenue, Broomall. Charges: DUI and careless driving. Location: West Chester Pike and N. Eagle Road. Date: May 4 at 1:22 a.m.
- 40-year-old female, 9300 Jamison Avenue, Philadelphia. Charges; Warrant. Location: West Chester Pike and Lawrence Road. Date: May 4 at 8:14 p.m.
- 36-year-old female, 400 block of Brookline Boulevard, Havertown. Charges: Retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Acme, 1300 block of West Chester Pike.
- 54-year-old female, 100 block of Madison Avenue, Upper Darby. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: 1300 block of Annabella Avenue. Date: May 7 at 2:15 p.m., incident occurred on Dec. 19, 2023.
