Fraud, Theft, Gun Violations, More: Haverford Crime Blotter

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township released their weekly crime blotter recently.

Incidents in the blotter occurred between April 3 and April 9.

The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

INCIDENTS

• Theft at the 400 block of Llanerch Avenue on April 3 at 11:23 a.m. – Victim reported nine unauthorized transactions/transfers.
• Fraud at Bryn Mawr Terrace, 700 block of Bryn Mawr Avenue, on April 3 at 1:57 p.m. – Victim reported numerous unauthorized charges made with her credit cards.
• Fraud at the 300 block of Oxford Road on April 5 at 3:58 p.m. – Victim reported two unauthorized purchases made with his credit card.
• Identity Theft at the 100 block of Caenarvon Lane on April 5 at 5:43 p.m. – An unknown actor open a credit card account using the victim’s identity.
• Fraud at the 400 block of Heatherwood Road on April 8 at 10:40 a.m. – Victim reported $2,208.00 worth of unauthorized charges made with his credit card.
• Fraud at the 100 block of Green Lane on April 9 at 7:35 p.m. – Victim reported that a check was fraudulently cashed.
• Identity Theft at the 100 block of Brookline Boulevard on April 9 at 5:30 p.m. – An unknown actor opened a bank account using the victim's identity.

ARRESTS

• 37-year-old male, 400 block of Glendale Road, Havertown. Charges: Contempt for violation of order of agreement. Location: 400 block of Glendale Road. Date: April 4 at 6:49 p.m.
• 51-year-old male, 400 block of Glendale Road, Havertown. Charges: Contempt for violation of order of agreement. Location: 400 block of Glendale Road. Date: April 6 at 4:57 p.m.
• 49-year-old male, 5800 block of Addison Avenue, Philadelphia. Charges: Firearm not to be carried without a license, person not to possess a firearm, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, harassment and prohibited weapons. Location: Unit block of E. Park Road. Date: April 8 at 12:02 a.m.
