HAVERTOWN, PA – Summer is almost here, and if you haven't finished your spring cleaning you can safely get rid of documents in Havertown this weekend.
From 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 23, Haverford Township residents can safely dispose of documents with sensitive information at Direct Paint and Collision with a free document shredding event.
Residents can shred up to four storage boxes worth of paper.

Wiggins Shredding company will be providing its services at the event.
The company does have some guidelines for those using the service, however.

Papers cannot have paper clips or staples in them; larger drop offs will not be accepted; and only personal documents will be shredded.
Those who use the service will get a free "stop texting" car magnet, as well.
Direct Paint and Collision is located at 1000 N. Eagle Road in Havertown.
