Haverford Collecting Recycling Monday For Thursday's Missed Areas

Haverford Township said brush collection for entire township begins on Monday, Feb. 13.

Additionally, any residents who did not have recycling collected on Thursday due to the snow will have recycling collected Monday, the township said.

Brush must be e feet or less in length and tied in bundles less than 40 lbs.

Grass and leaves are not to be put with brush collections. Twigs and weeds only will be accepted.

Do not use plastic bags when bundling brush. Any brush in plastic bags will be tagged and left at the curb, the township said.

Residents need to ensure nothing is sticking out of trash cans to ensure the safety of collection crews.
