Haverford College Hosting Free Classical Music Concert And Discussion Sunday

On Sunday, cellist Michal Schmidt and pianist Christine Delbeau will perform pieces by Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, and Chopin.

Haverford College is inviting the public to attend a free music recital and discussion focusing on classical music this weekend.

The program begins at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12 and will feature cellist Michal Schmidt and pianist Christine Delbeau.

The pair will perform pieces by Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, and Chopin as part of the program titled "From Beethoven to the Romantics: A Perfect Progression."

The concert will be held in Marshall Auditorium in Roberts Hall on Harris Road on the college's campus, 370 Lancaster Ave., Haverford.
