Haverford Commissioners Holding Meeting Wednesday Night On College Ave. Bridge
Commissioners Andy Lewis and Kevin McCloskey are seeking community input on the impact of reconstruction.
With the College Avenue Bridge undergoing reconstruction, two Haverford Township Commissioners are seeking community input on the impact felt by residents in the area.
Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 7 p.m. in the Coopertown Elementary School (800 Coopertown Road, Bryn Mawr), Fifth Ward Commissioner Andy Lewis and Third Ward Commissioner Kevin McCloskey will take community member's comments and feedback regarding the reconstruction project, which began in November.
"We felt it would be a good time to hear your feedback, suggestions, complaints, concerns, and attempt to answer any lingering questions you may have," McCloskey said on Facebook. "Given the Third and Fifth Wards are clearly the most affected by the recent closure, Andy and I are working with PennDOT, the Haverford Township Police and our Township Administrative staff to mitigate the impact on our residents as best as we possibly can."

McCloskey said anyone who cannot attend the meeting but still has issues they want addressed can contact him at kmcloskey@havtwp.org or Lewis at allewis4@gmail.com.
