Haverford Crime Blotter: Catalytic Converter Theft, Fraud, More
Police said a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle parked at the Haverford Hills Condominiums on Tuesday. See details here.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township have issued their weekly crime blotter.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22.
The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

- Identity Theft at the 400 block of Glendale Road on Feb. 16 at 3:43 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to file for unemployment benefits.
- Theft at the 2400 block of Saint Denis Lane on Feb. 17 at 1:42 p.m. – An unknown male stole money from the poor box.
- Fraud at the 1600 block of Winton Avenue on Feb. 17 at 2 p.m. – Victim reported that someone accessed his Kohl’s account and made an online purchase of $1,369.58.
- Fraud at the 100 block of Flintlock Road on Feb. 17 at 4:10 p.m. – Victim reported that someone altered a check after he mailed it and attempted to cash it. Identity
- Theft at the 100 block of Friendship Road on Feb. 17 at 5:22 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to file for unemployment benefits.
- Criminal Mischief at the 300 block of Twin Oaks Drive on Feb. 18 at 2:37 p.m. – Three juvenile males threw cheese at the residence.
- Fraud at the 1500 block of Robinson Avenue on Feb. 19 at 9:45 a.m. – Victim reported that someone removed $6,400.00 from his bank account.
- Public Drunkenness at Mixers Lounge, 1200 block of West Chester Pike, on Feb. 19 at 1:29 a.m. – 22-year-old female, unit block of Cannon Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
- Attempted Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of Weast Township Line Road, on Feb. 20 at 1:29 p.m. – Loss prevention officer reported that an unknown woman attempted to steal a cart full of paper goods and cleaning items. The suspect left the cart and fled when she was confronted by the employee.
- Theft at the 600 block of Country Club Lane on Feb. 21 at 10:44 a.m. – Victim reported jewelry stolen from her residence.
- Theft at the 1300 block of West Chester Pike on Feb. 22 at 11:32 a.m. – Victim reported parts were stolen from two vehicles that he had parked on the property.
- Theft at Haverford Hills Condominiums, 400 block of Glendale Road, on Feb. 22 at 4:02 p.m. – Catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle.
- Fraud at the unit block of Yale Road on Feb. 22 at 1:40 p.m. – Victim reported that someone purchased an iPhone through his Smart Pay account.
ARRESTS:
- 34-year-old male, 300 block of Shelbourne Road, Havertown. Charges: DUI. Location: East Eagle Road and Merwood Lane. Date: Feb. 16 at 11:40 p.m.
