Incidents in the blotter occurred between March 4 and March 10.

- Theft at the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on March 4 at 7:14 a.m. – Vehicle was entered – a large amount of money was stolen from the glovebox.
- Theft at Pit Stop, 2300 block of E. Darby Road, on March 4 at 1:50 p.m. – A former employee failed to return $225 of the business money after he quit in August.
- Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on March 4 at 8:08 p.m. – 15-year-old male was cited for the retail theft of $45 worth of merchandise.
- Theft at the 1400 block of Sunny Hill Lane on March 4 at 4:43 p.m. – Basketball hoop was stolen.
- Counterfeiting at Rite Aid, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on March 4 at 5:19 p.m. – An unknown male attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill to make a purchase.
- Public Drunkenness at the 500 block of Wales Road on March 4 at 11:23 p.m. – 40-year-old male, unit block of Belfield Avenue was cited for public drunkenness.
- Theft at the unit block of N. Drexel Avenue on March 5 at 8:05 a.m. – The victim discovered her vehicle registration missing when she received an EZ Pass violation in the mail.
- Attempted Retail Theft at Lowe’s, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on March 5 at 5:18 p.m. – Loss prevention officer reported that two unknown females loaded a shopping cart with over $600 worth of merchandise and attempted to leave the store without paying. The suspects fled and left the cart behind when confronted.
- Theft at the 300 block of Steel Road on March 6 at 8:52 a.m. – Vehicle was entered, loose change was stolen.
- Identity Theft at the unit block of Woodcroft Road on March 6 at 11:55 a.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person used his identity to cancel his credit card and requested a new one be sent. Security footage shows an unknown male pick up the package with the new credit card after it was delivered. The credit card was then used in Georgia for a $5,000 cash advance.
- Identity Theft at the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue on March 6 at 1:17 p.m. – Victim reported that someone opened a PayPal account using his identity.
- Fraud at the 3000 block of Hermosa Lane on March 6 at 3:53 p.m. – Multiple unauthorized purchases were made with the victim’s bank card.
- Robbery at the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue on March 7 at 1:43 a.m. – It appears to be an isolated incident and the actor is known to the victim.
- Vandalism at the 800 block of Ardmore Avenue on March 7 at 8:49 a.m. – Vehicle tire was slashed.
- Theft at the 100 block of E. Park Road on March 8 at 11:24 a.m. – Catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle.
- Counterfeiting at 7-Eleven, 100 block of W. Eagle Road, on March 8 at 3:17 p.m. – An unknown male attempted to pass two $20 bills to purchase a gift card.
- Identity Theft at the 200 block of Walnut Place on March 8 at 1256 hours – Victim reported that someone used her identity to open a PayPal credit card account and made a $579.00 purchase.
- Theft at the 1400 block of Leedom Road on March 9 at 7:43 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered - $20, driver’s license, credit cards and gift cards were stolen.
- Fraud at the 200 block of Myrtle Avenue on March 9 at 1412 hours – Victim reported that she was the victim of a secret shoppers scam.
- Burglary at Public Storage, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on March 10 at 11:23 a.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person cut the lock to his storage unit and stole most of his hunting and camping gear.
- Theft at the 100 block of Tenby Road on March 10 at 4:50 p.m. – Catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle. Motor Vehicle Theft at U-Haul, unit block of W. Township Line Road, on March 10 at 4 p.m.
- Fraud at the 100 block of Upland Road on March 10 at 11:49 a.m. – Victim reported that someone made multiple unauthorized purchases with her debit card.
- Identity Theft at the 300 block of Glen Gary Drive on March 10 at 7:03 p.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person used his identity and canceled his credit card and requested a new one be sent
- Criminal Mischief at the 400 block of Brentwood Road on March 10 at 9:47 p.m. – 31-year-old male, 200 block of Pickwick Road was cited for public drunkenness and institutional vandalism.
ARRESTS:
- 34-year-old female, 3200 block of Township Line Road, Drexel Hill. Charges: Retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Location: Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road. Date: March 2 at 3 p.m.
- 81-year-old female, homeless. Charges: Warrant. Location: Kindred Hospital, 2000 block of Old West Chester Pike. Date: March 5 at 11:36 a.m.
- 23-year-old female, 1200 block of North Providence Road, Media. Charges: DUI, possession of marijuana, driving at safe speed, unregistered vehicle and no insurance. Location: West Township Line Road and Morgan Avenue. Date: March 7 at 10:25 p.m.
