Haverford HS Student Removed From School After Snapchat Threat

Breaking: Police took the student from the school Wednesday. The district has said there is no credible threat to the school.

HAVERTOWN, PA – A Haverford High School student was removed from the school by Haverford Township Police Wednesday following a threat posted to social media, according to the School District of Haverford Township.

The district said there is no credible threat to the school and that officials followed protocol by calling township police.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports the student posted the threat to Snapchat, but did not report when the threat was made.
