Haverford Middle School Hosting Senior Citizen Event May 4

The night's theme is "Engage at Every Age" with an emphasis that you are never too old to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

HAVERTOWN, PA – Haverford Middle School is planning to host a night of dancing, dining, and socializing for area senior citizens next month.

From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 4 in Gym D at the middle school, senior citizens from the Havertown-Haverford community will take part in activities that can enrich physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The night's theme is Engage at Every Age with an emphasis that you are never too old to promote self wellness.

It also celebrates the many ways in which older adults make a difference in the community.

Participating in activities that promote mental and physical wellness, offering your wisdom and experience to the next generation, and seeking the mentorship of someone with more life experience than you are just a few examples of what being engaged can mean.
