Haverford Twp Moving Offices To New Municipal Building Friday

Not only will the new building host the police department, it will host the municipal services and recreation offices as of Friday, Dec. 15.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – With the Haverford Township Police Department already moved into the new Municipal Services Building on Darby Road, it's time for more township services to move into the new location.

Haverford Township said the Haverford Township Municipal Offices and the Haverford Recreation Department will be moving into the building on Friday, Dec. 15.

As the move is underway, the township building will be closed from 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14 through 8 a.m., Monday, Dec. 18, the township said.

Township services, such as trash and recycling collection, will not be interrupted by the move, the township said.

However, there will be no phone or email services during this move.

Anyone experiencing an emergency should call 911.

The police department is already moved into the first floor of the new Municipal Services Building.

The new building is located at 1014 Darby Road, next to the Haverford Skatium.
