Havertown Chiropractor Facing Child Porn Charges
Dr. Samuel Joseph, who practiced in Havertown, is facing 75 counts related to child pornography after a PA Attorney General investigation.
HAVERTOWN, PA — A Havertown chiropractor is facing numerous counts of child pornography related charges, according to court documents and a news report.
Dr. Samuel Joseph, 61, of Havertown, is charged with 25 counts of felony disseminating child pornography, 50 counts of felony child pornography possession, and one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility, court records show.
Joseph, who practices at Joseph Chiropractic Center at 912 Darby Road in Havertown, was arrested and arraigned June 5. He was released June 6 after posting 10 percent of $200,000 bail, according to court documents.

He is slated to appear for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 8, per court records.
Joseph was charged after the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office led an investigation into file sharing online in which child pornography was shared, the Delaware County Daily Times reports.

According to the outlet, authorities found 58 images of child pornography on a computer in his office.
Investigators traced an IP address that was receiving the images to Joseph's office, the Delco Times reports.
