Havertown Citizens Bank Location To Close: Report
The bank is closing three locations in the area, one in Horsham, one in Philadelphia, and one on Eagle Road in Havertown.
HAVERTOWN, PA — Citizens Bank clients in Havertown are going to have to find a new branch to use, as the financial institution is closing one of its branches in town.
According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, the location at 160 W. Eagle Road in Havertown is among three branches closing.
The others being shuttered are in Horsham and Philadelphia, both being located inside grocery stores.

The outlet reports this comes as fewer people use in-person banking services due to the pandemic and increased functionality of online and mobile services.
Citizen Bank has closed 61 branches this year alone, according to the business journal.
