I-476 Lanes Closing This Week Throughout Delaware County

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Alternating lane closures will affect traffic on Interstate 476 in Delaware County this week, PennDOT said.

According to PennDOT, guiderail repair work will force lane closures on Interstate 476 in Lower Merion, Radnor, Haverford, Marple, Springfield, and Nether Providence townships

Lanes will be closed Monday through Friday.

Closures will affect traffic in both directions on I-476 between the Interstate 76 and the Swarthmore/Media interchanges.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
