Man Shot In Delco, Woman Taken Into Custody: Police
A Darby woman is in custody in connection with the shooting of a Sharon hill man that occurred late Sunday, according to authorities.
LANSDOWNE, PA — The shooting of a man in Delaware County has led to a Darby woman being taken into police custody, authorities said.
Lansdowne Police early Monday said they were called to the unit block of North Lansdowne Avenue just before midnight Sunday for a report of a man being shot.
There, they found a 33-year-old Sharon Hill man with a gunshot wound, according to police.

The man was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said. His condition is unknown.

As a result of the police investigation, a Darby Borough woman was taken into custody at the scene.
Neither the man nor woman's identity was released.
Lansdowne Police and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office Criminal Investigations Division are investigating the shooting.
