Manoa Teacher Ashlee Shields Named Teacher of the Month by WXTU

HAVERTOWN -Manoa Elementary Teacher, Ashlee Shields, was named the April Teacher of the Month by Radio Station, WXTU, 92.5 FM. Ms. Shields was nominated by a class mother who noted Ms. Shields' great transition to the class in the middle of the year and her work with the students in teaching them about filling their buckets with kindness. WXTU Morning D.J.'s Doc, Andie and Crocket visited Ms. Shields' class on Thursday to present her with a plaque and to give her students passes to the Academy of Natural Sciences.
