Months-Long Road Closure Begins In Haverford Township

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A several month-long water main replacement project in Haverford Township is now underway.
Aqua Pennsylvania is replacing water mains on Lawrence Road in Haverford.
Work is expected to last through Friday, June 30.

Lawrence Road will be closed between Darby Creek and Eagle roads weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
During the closure, drivers will be detoured to Route 3/West Chester Pike and Eagle Road.

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
