No Property Tax Hike In Proposed 2022 Delco Budget
If the budget passes in its current form, residents will not have a property tax increase, as the millage rate is remaining the same.
DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — If Delaware County's proposed 2022 budget passes as it stands, residents will not see a county-imposed real estate tax hike.
Should the budget pass as is, the property tax rate would stay at 2.99 mills.
At 2.99 mills, a home assessed at $400,000 will see a $1,196 real estate tax bill.
