Noise!

I've been reading the Twp's noise ordinances, but don't see the answer to my problem, so I wonder if anyone here might know. I live in an apt above a few commercial spaces. One of those is leased to a company that does metal scrapping or something like that. They work in the shop as early as 6 am on a Sunday, (for example), drilling, sawing, loading their broken down trucks, socializing like it's a block party. My landlord has warned them often to keep it down. To no avail. Do we tenants have any recourse through the township's noise ordinance to make this stop?
