Panorama 2016 Featured Exhibition: Enlightened Earth

Enlightened Earth presents works by Mark Dorf (New York), Julianna Foster (Philadelphia), and Nick Pedersen (Burlington, NJ) that engage the photographic medium and digital media to explore nature and our complex relationship to its past, present, and future. This exhibition is the featured event for Main Line Art Center's Panorama Event between September 10 to November 5. A free Opening Reception and Artist Talk will be held on Friday, September 16 from 5:30-8:30 pm.

Panorama 2016: Image-Based Art in the 21st Century, is a celebration of the photographic image and digital media and its expansive role in contemporary mediums like digital photography, printmaking, video, film, animation, and gaming design. Anchored by a featured exhibition and a dynamic and interactive evening festival at Main Line Art Center on October 22 from 5 to 9 pm, the 2-month happening features physical and virtual exhibitions, lectures, and educational programs led by accomplished artists who utilize digital technology to deliver the unexpected.
