Parkway Run and Family Fun Walk for
Children’s Cancer Research

Join the Friends of Daniel Cooper Team for the2015 Parkway Run and Family Fun Walk for Children’s Cancer Research, benefiting The Cancer Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

The goal is a simple one - to support the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in finding cures for pediatric cancers that still elude us and to improve the health and lifestyle of pediatric cancer survivors for years to come.

Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2015 for a 5K Race and 2K Family Fun Walk. The 2015 Parkway Run & Walk has a new date and exciting location! Due to the World Meeting of Families taking place in Philadelphia this upcoming September, this year’s event will be two weeks earlier, on Saturday, Sept. 19 at Lincoln Financial Field.

The 5K Run/2K Family Fun Walk course will have runners lining up at Lincoln Financial Field and running down Pattison Ave., into FDR Park, and back out down Pattison Ave. toward the stadium.

No Four Seasons breakfast this year, but plenty of parking! ($10 which will be a 100% donation back to the Cancer Center) Free event t-shirt and team t-shirt for everyone that registers!

When you sign up to run or walk, you’ll be rewarded with the satisfying feeling that comes with doing something to help cure cancer in kids and every registered team member will receive a Team t-shirt, and a Parkway t-shirt. Team members need to be registered by Sept. 6th.
