Rockin' Rescue Event with Finding Shelter

Vinyl Revival presents a rockin’ rescue event on Saturday, June 14th, beginning at 12:00 p.m., with an animal adoption event, puppy mill awareness movie screening and special in-store sale to benefit Finding Shelter animal rescue and puppy mill survivors in need of veterinary care.

Finding Shelter, a no-kill animal rescue whose animals are cared for in loving foster homes until they are adopted, will have adoptable dogs on-site beginning at 12:00 p.m. allowing potential adopters the chance to meet a number of dogs looking for their furever homes.

At 2:00 p.m., the film, “Uncaged:  Second Chances for Puppy Mill Breeder Dogs,” screens. This 25 minute film focuses on breeder dogs and the adopters who took them into their homes and hearts to give them a second chance. Director Ann Metcalf, as well as, Producer Chris Shaughness,  will be on-hand to answer questions.  A $5 donation to the screening is requested.  All proceeds from the screening will go towards vet costs of puppy mill survivors.
