September Haverford Health Inspections: L'Angolo West, Shogun 3 Japanese Steak, McKenna's

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – The Haverford Township Health Department inspected several establishments in the area in September and found a handful to be in violation of health codes.

Of the nine establishments inspected in Haverford Township, Shogun 3 Japanese Steak had the most with three violations.

The violations were an unclean ice machine, employees washing hands in a food prep sink rather than a hand wash sink, and raw animal foods were stored above ready-to-eat foods in the walk in refrigerator.

• The Gift Box by Ruth, 1305 West Chester Pike, Havertown – 1 violation, inspected Sept. 25
• Shogun 3 Japanese Steak, 1305 West Chester Pike, Havertown – 3 violations, inspected Sept. 22
• The Crossbar, 2225 E. Darby Road, Havertown – no violations, inspected Sept. 22
• Cenzo's, 1618 E. Darby Road, Havertown – no violations, inspected Sept. 19
• L'Angolo West, 26 E. Eagle Road, Havertown – 2 violations, inspected Sept. 19
