Social Media Meet Up Ends In Sexual Assault: Haverford Police
Police said the victim met the suspect, of which a sketch is featured here, on the Whisper app. When they met up, he sexually assaulted her.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – Haverford Police are on the hunt for a man who sexually assaulted a person in the township after meeting the victim through a social media app.
Police said the sketch featured here is of the suspect accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the Ardmore section of Haverford Township on April 22.
The victim met the suspect through an app called Whisper, police said. The app allows users to post and share photo and video messages anonymously.

When the suspect met the victim at her home after connecting on the app, he sexually assaulted her in her home, police said.
He is described as a white man going by "Joe" who is in his early 20s with blonde or reddish hair that was buzzed short standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a stocky build.

He has a stubble beard and blue eyes.
He was wearing a blue short-sleeved shirt, black shorts, brown Timberland-style boots, and a gold chain necklace when the assault occurred, police said.
The victim said he smelled like cigarettes, according to police.
