Starved, Abandoned Dogs Found In Delco: Police
Authorities are looking to hold whoever left these emaciated dogs in a park accountable.
Two emaciated dogs were abandoned in a Delaware County park recently, and authorities are looking to hold those responsible accountable.
According to Upper Darby Police, the two starved dogs were located in Penn Pines Park in Upper Darby on Tuesday, Sept. 5.
