Threat Targeting Delaware County High School Investigated: Police
Police are said they do not believe there is a credible threat to Interboro High School but are investigating the social media posting.
PROSPECT PARK, PA — A social media post threatening a Delaware County High School is under investigation, according to authorities.
Prospect Park Police Chief Dave Madonna said a threat to Interboro High School was discovered online Monday night.
The person who posted the threat claimed he planned to hurt students and staff at the school Tuesday.

"While we do not believe this is a credible threat, I want everyone to know that the Prospect Park Police Department will have a heightened presence at the high school today in addition to our school resource officer," Madonna said.
Police and the Interboro School District are working to identify the person who posted the threat and to keep the school community safe.

"Someone wanted attention when they posted this and now they definitely have ours," Madonna said.
