HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — With the holidays approaching fast, the United States Marine Corps toy collection initiative is underway in Haverford Township.

The township has set up Toys for Tots collections at a few spots around town.

Sought are unopened, unwrapped toys for infants through teenagers.

  • Community Recreation and Environmental Center — 9000 Parkview Dive, Haverford
  • Haverford Township Police Department — 1010 Darby Road, Havertown
  • The Skatium — 1002 Darby Road, #3616, Havertown

Toys will be picked up on Dec. 7.
