Traffic Alert: Protest March Planned for Monday
The protest is being led by local college students.

The following was provided to Patch by Lower Merion Township:
A protest march is planned for late Monday afternoon in Lower Merion Township, between approximately 4:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The protest is being led by local college students and other organizers and will take place between Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College, including portions of Lancaster Avenue and Montgomery Avenue. Haverford Station Road at the Haverford Train Station may also be affected.

The protest route is expected to start at Elliot / Morris Avenue in Bryn Mawr at about 5 p.m. and continue along Lancaster Avenue to the campus of Haverford College. After pausing there, it would then extend across Haverford Station Road, and then from Montgomery Avenue back to Bryn Mawr College.
To protect public safety, these roadways will be closed on a rolling basis until the march has passed. Delays for commuters and other motorists are expected.
