Justin Weathers and Joseph Monnich (Stove & Tap, DePaul’s Table, Joey Chops, etc.) are replacing the shuttered Town Tap by Conshohocken Brewing Co. with an offshoot of their festive taqueria.

The restaurant will feature 100 seats inside and an extensive outdoor margarita garden with 100 additional seats.

Al Pastor's menus focuses on shareables and handhelds, with up to 15 kinds of tacos, five variations of birria tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, street corn, three kinds of guacamole, salads, soups, empanadas and more.

Signature dishes include Mexican fried rice, Mexican ramen (winter), tuna ceviche tostada, Al Pastor wings with pineapple glaze and "Dragon tots."

From the bar, look for margaritas in classic varieties as well as flavored, on the rock and frozen.

Additionally, look for Ranch Water, Spiked Lemonade, Sangria, Spiked Fresca, AP Aperol Spritz, Space Punch and other signature cocktails.

The beer program will feature 12 on tap and mix between Mexican and craft favorites, plus bottles, cans and seltzers.

When opened, look for lunch, happy hour, and dinner service, with hours seven days a week from noon to 10 p.m. to start.
