Water Main Work To Affect Lawrence Road Through Mid-Summer
Aqua Pennsylvania will be replacing water mains under the Haverford Township road from March through mid-summer, the utility company said.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Water main replacement in Haverford Township will take place from March through mid-summer, according to Aqua Pennsylvania.
The utility company said it will begin replacing the water main under Lawrence Road in March.
Work will force Aqua to close Lawrence Road between Darby Creek Road and Eagle Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A detour will be in place on West Chester Pike and Eagle Road.
The detour will provide access to Lynnewood Elementary School at all times.
