Water Main Work To Last Through Mid Summer In Haverford
Drivers will be detoured to West Chester Pike and Eagle Road while work is done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. through mid-summer.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Water main replacement work will affect Lawrence Road in Haverford Township through mid-summer, Aqua Pennsylvania said.
Work will begin in March and take place between Darby Creek and Eagle roads.
Crews will be working from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to replace water mains along the road.

Drivers will be detoured to West Chester Pike and Eagle Road.
The approved detour plan also requires Aqua to provide access to Lynnewood Elementary School at all times.

Aqua said the work is expected to be completed by mid-summer depending on weather and other conditions.
