What Should Replace This Closed Gas Station?

Though it's future is still up in the air, Haverford-Havertown Patch wants to know: what do the township's residents think should go in at the currnetly closed West Chester Pike gas station?

Does the area need a replacement station? Would new retail shops be best? Should they knock it down and make it a park?
