It was the worst experience for my son. She sat my 11 year old son down and then complained about his hair being to long, and stated that they only cut short hair. She then started to comb his hair, while yanking the comb through it, and complained because (she said) if he is going to have long hair he should take care of it!! My 11 year old son's hair is too his sholders and he doesn't always use conditioner since he is 11 and he forgets. When she was done it looked so bad that I had to take him to a hairdresser to have it fixed!:( I was extremely unhappy it was the worst service I have ever had.
