• Hellertown: Heintzelman Temporarily Out, Seeks Parade Help (sauconsource.com) — Hellertown residents are being asked to step up and help run this year's Halloween Parade as Mayor David Heintzelman temporarily hands duties to Council President Lynley Solt during a medical leave. Borough Council also advanced sidewalk and parking safety projects, secured grant funding for police radios, adjusted a staff salary, and scheduled its next public meeting for Oct. 5 at Borough Hall.
