Gathering in Honor of Retiring Borough Manager Scheduled
Retiring Hellertown Borough Manager Charlie Luthar will be honored Monday.
will host a Retirement Gathering in honor of outgoing Borough Manager Charlie Luthar on Monday, Feb. 28 from 1 to 6pm at Borough Hall, officials announced Wednesday.
Luthar, who has been Hellertown Borough Manager for more than 7 years, will officially retire at the end of this month.
Hellertown's new Borough Manager, Cathy Kichline, started work Feb. 1 and was welcomed publicly at a Meet and Greet reception held at Borough Hall Feb. 16.
