One of the newest additions to the Saucon Valley business community is Cafe Erica, a bakery and coffee house that opened Aug. 23 at 637 Main Street in downtown Hellertown.
Owned by Vincent and Sue Cavataio, the cafe is already becoming popular, both for its warm atmosphere and the variety of delectable products it offers.
Along with specialty coffee drinks such as cappuccino, espresso and flavored coffee shots, a wide selection of smoothie and gelato flavors are available at this casual establishment. And the Cavataios are also attracting customers by offering breakfast food favorites such as bagels, muffins, croissants and homemade italian pastries like cannoli.
