Lower Saucon Company Awarded $6.6 Million Sewer Plant Contract

The town council in Phillipsburg, N.J., decided Jan. 21 to award a lucrative contract for upgrades to its municipal sewer treatment to a Lower Saucon Township company, the Express-Times reported last week.

The $6.6 million contract was awarded to LB Industries Inc., which is located at 1644 Rosalie Drive and specializes in heavy construction and wastewater and sewage treatment plant construction, according to an online business listing.
