NJ Police Seek Help in Identfying Remains Found in Camden in December

Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson released photographs they hope will help identify the remains of a person found off Interstate-676 in December on Monday.

They also hope the photographs, attached to this post, will help identify the cause of death.

The remains of an 18 to 25-year-old male were found at 3:51 p.m. Dec. 20, 2013, off I-676 near the intersection of Morgan Boulevard and Broadway. The remains were found in a red trash bin. Authorities are seeking anyone who can identify this bin and provide information on where it came from.

The body found in December was that of a man who stood 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighed 150 to 175 pounds and had extensive dental work, including four crowned front teeth. He was found wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt. Officials previously speculated his body may have been in the location in which it was found for as long as a year.
