Viewfinder: Borough Authority Park
Located across the street from Dimmick Park and next to the Hellertown Pool is this tranquil oasis surrounding the babbling Silver Creek.
Borough Authority Park in Hellertown is comprised of several shady acres surrounding the Silver Creek and the historic headquarters on Durham Street.
The park's most identifiable feature is probably the pedestrian bridge, or "silver bridge," that spans the Silver Creek near Rentzheimer Drive.
In addition to a variety of tall trees, the park also includes a stone fountain (not in use) surrounded by memorial benches and a playground.
