River Crossing YMCA is pleased to announce that registration is open for the summer 2026 season at SOLECO Pool. The Y will manage the Southern Lehigh Community (SOLECO) Pool at 3900 Jacoby Road in Coopersburg for the second consecutive year.
The Y offers a number of membership options to access the pool this summer, including the RCY Summer and SOLECO pool membership, which includes access to the pool, all River Crossing YMCA branches, member pricing for swim lessons and eligibility to join the SOLECO swim team. Day passes for individuals and families to visit the pool will also be available for purchase.
New this year is the option for families to participate in private group swim lessons, which bring three students of similar skill level into one instructional group. Individual one-on-one swim lessons are also available. Fridays at the pool will feature DJ Splash parties, another new addition to the pool program for 2026.
“We are grateful to be able to manage and operate the SOLECO pool for a second summer,” said Trish Feinthel, chief operations officer of River Crossing YMCA. “We know how important the pool is to this community and the Southern Lehigh School District. It is a privilege once again to bring the Y’s high-quality aquatics programs to swimmers of all ages, supporting the SOLECO Stingrays Swim Team, and provide a fun, safe place for families to enjoy the summer sun.”
The SOLECO Community Pool has been a cornerstone of Southern Lehigh Living Memorial Community Park for well over 50 years, offering an array of aquatics programs for all ages. The SOLECO Swim Team is part of the eight-team Suburban Swim League, which competes in meets throughout the summer. In addition to the lap and children's pools, the center includes a pool house, community activity room, snack bar, as well as lounge chairs and grassy areas for families and friends to gather.
Families can learn more about SOLECO summer pool memberships and program registration on the Y's SOELCO pool webpage, or register directly here.
