2 Dead After Horsham Crash Tuesday Night

Breaking: Two people are dead after a fatal crash on Rt. 611 in Horsham Tuesday night.

HORSHAM, PA — Two people are dead after a crash in Horsham on Tuesday night, authorities said.

The incident occurred at around 7 p.m. on Easton Road (Rt. 611) near the intersection with West Moreland Avenue, in front of Chapman Ford, according to Horsham Police Community Services.

It's not yet clear what caused the accident, but at least two vehicles were involved. The identities of the victims have not yet been released.

Roads in the area became increasingly dangerous as the night wore on, with snow, sleet, and freezing rain coating many surfaces.

Easton Road between West Moreland Avenue and County Line will be closed for an extended period of time, authorities said.
