When work resumes, there will be no street parking on the roadways from 6 a.m. to dusk to assist the milling/paving crew and Horsham Township Public Works Department.

Signs have been deployed to these areas as a reminder to keep personal vehicles off these roadways.

"Thanks for all your cooperation and patience throughout this project. Please remember to stay away from construction equipment and materials to prevent injury," the township said in a statement.

The township will provide weekly updates on further paving projects.

The project started in mid-July with the paving of Cedar Avenue between Meetinghouse and Summer, Woodlawn Avenue between Blair Mill Road and the dead end, Fieldstone Lane, and Blacksmith Circle.

In late May, the township awarded bids on paving, milling, and line painting projects to:

  • Paving — James D. Morrisey’s $356,961 bid for paving.
  • Milling —A. Giuliani Equipment Co.’s $39,000 bid for milling.
  • Line Painting —A1 Traffic Control’s $55,000 bid for line painting.
