57 Homes Being Built On Horsham Property

Hallmark Building Group is building 57 homes on Park Road on the Heffernan Tract near County Line Road.

A traffic signal will be constructed at the intersection of County Line and Park roads.

Township officials are helping to move those efforts forward.

At a recent meeting, the Horsham Township Council unanimously approved a conditional use application for adding a road that crosses the riparian corridor on the property.

Hallmark will install a 36-inch-wide concrete culvert to allow water to flow under the road.

In other township business:

  • The solicitation of bids for summer road work, including milling, paving, and line painting, was authorized.
  • An application by CDW LLC to build a single-family home at 1105 West County Line Road that would require 10 variances from the township was rejected.
  • The council will remain neutral on a proposal to install a detached garage at 300 Keith Valley Road, 36 feet from the road.
  • A request to build a detached garage at 213 Marilyn Road was not opposed by the council as long as certain conditions are met.
