HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Horsham Township Community Center drew crowds as residents got to meet their law enforcement and even dunk a police officer or two.

"Thank you for the amazing turnout," Horsham ChATs said. "We were overwhelmed by the support of the community."

While residents got to enjoy food, music, a car show, demonstrations and check out emergency vehicles while meeting members of the Horsham Township Police Department and Horsham Fire Company, the event was also for a worthy cause.

"We would like to thank all of our emergency services partners, our Fire company and Fire police, our Town Watch Special Details Team, businesses, car show participants, vendors, and especially all those officers who sat in the ice-filled dunk tank," Horsham ChATs said.

The township is already working on a plan for next year to "better manage the volume of vehicles," Horsham ChATs said.

"We would like to apologize to those of you who were unable to park at Deep Meadow Park. The lot was completely swamped with cars," Horsham ChATs said. "For many of you, you had to divert to an alternative lot. Please accept our apology for this inconvenience."
