New Luxury Residential Community Breaks Ground In Horsham

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Tuesday for a new luxury residential community in the township.

AVE Horsham by Korman Communities will feature 274 units in a signature living experience characterized by high-touch service, thoughtfully designed residences and amenities, and curated lifestyle programming, officials said.

AVE Horsham will be located at 723 Dresher Road.

The groundbreaking was attended by Horsham Township officials, council members, and community members.

Korman Communities is building the housing complex in partnership with RXR, a leading national real estate owner, operator, and developer; Tokyo-based developer Chuo-Nittochi Co., Ltd; Goodman Properties, a Philadelphia-based real estate development and management firm; and CBG Building Company, a multifamily builder.

Designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in the Philadelphia suburbs, AVE Horsham will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences averaging about 1,000 square feet.

Residents will have access to 13,000 square feet of indoor amenity space and two landscaped courtyards.

Indoors, residents will have access to a robust mix of work and lifestyle amenities, including eight private work pods, meeting rooms, a fireside co-working space, and a business lounge with three semi-private workspaces.

Social and entertainment offerings will include a golf simulator, billiards, and gaming tables, creating a dynamic environment for both productivity and leisure.

Additional features include a pet spa with built-in wash basins and direct outdoor access, bike storage, a secure package room, and on-site resident storage.

Outdoor spaces will feature a resort-style pool, grilling stations, fire pits, and areas designed for socializing and relaxation.

The project will include infrastructure improvements such as new sidewalks and traffic signal upgrades at Witmer Road and Prudential Road. AVE Horsham offers easy access to Route 611 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and is approximately 35 minutes from downtown Philadelphia.
