'The Station At Hatboro' Welcomes Tenants In Hatboro

HATBORO, PA — "The Station At Hatboro" is open for business.

The borough's second apartment complex has opened on North York Road, adding more luxury apartments to the borough, which witnessed the opening of Milner Lofts last year.

Barth Consulting Group — the firm hired by the Hatboro Borough Council to help bolster the downtown's revival — said that The Station is open for leasing.

Barth Consulting Group said the property is a "stunning" mixed-use complex on York Road in the heart of Hatboro’s downtown district.

The 102-unit luxury apartment complex features balconies with large windows and downtown views, kitchens that boast marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and subway tile back splashes.

The property is walkaable to all of the borough's restaurants, micro-breweries, shops, and the SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) Hatboro Train Station.
